Toddlers can be super picky eaters, but they all love snacks. What if the muffins they love is high in fibre, calcium, and other important nutrients, but also contain NO refined sugar? Today I'm so excited to be sharing this master mix recipe that I've played around countless times for my own toddler. Best thing is, you can be creative with the add-on ingredients to make it veggie, fruit or nut-based.
This recipe is based on the original found on Super Healthy Kids, but I've since experimented a lot with it using blueberries and black sesame powder. The results have been amazing each time.
